Every legal relationship between people and business entities requires various Administrative Decisions (KTUN) in various forms, from business entity licenses to various Decrees (SK) from government officials from Heads of Services, Regents or Mayors, Governors, Ministers up to the President. And the various SKs or KTUNs affect the rights and obligations of individuals or companies in various daily or business activities. We are here to provide legal advice to deal with such matters, from drafting the objection letter to such SK or KTUN, up to a legal action in the form of a lawsuit in the Administrative Court (PTUN) to seek justice with regard to such SK/KTUN.

Judicial Review (JR) is a legal remedy to test the validity of rules and regulations against higher rules and regulations through the judiciary. In Indonesia the JR of a law against the 1945 Constitution is carried out by the Constitutional Court (MK). Meanwhile, the JR of rules and regulations below a law (Presidential Regulation, Ministerial Regulation, Governor Regulation, Regent/Mayor Regulation and other regulations) against a law is carried out by the Supreme Court (MA). For that purpose, we are here to provide legal advice and legal remedies to conduct a JR for individuals or legal entities whose rights are violated by the existence of rules and regulations, either laws or regulations below a law.
